Choosing a broker in digital trading can be tough, and nowadays it is important to pick a broker that is trustworthy. Sadly, this broker EverestCM has many signs that lead us to believe it is a scam broker. EverestCM appears to offer transparency and safety but unfortunately, when we investigated further we found regulatory warnings for being unregistered, false claims of being regulated, and a website that is currently non-functioning.

Regulatory Warnings from the FSC and the CNMV
The site for EverestCM advertised that it was regulated by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (FSC) but on February 28, 2023, the FSC issued a public warning that EverestCM was not licensed to operate in Mauritius. On the other side, the Spanish regulator CNMV warned about EverestCM in April 2022 and indicated that they were unauthorized to offer investment services in Spain.
False Regulatory Claims and Non-Existence of Website
Regardless of the fact that EverestCM claims to be regulated, the website is not operational. In fact, EverestCM falsely presented itself as a regulated entity that it never was. Therefore, those who could have been customers of EverestCM cannot complain of being scammed unless they accept their own negligent behavior based on information that was intentionally misleading.
No Real Trading Platform
EverestCM reported they provide MetaTrader 4 (MT4), (which is an industry standard), but there is no way to access the actual platform. If you don’t have an executable trading platform that you can open, then you don’t have trading and are a deposit-only scam.
- No regulatory license.
- Official warnings by the FSC and CNMV.
- Inactive site.
- No working trading platform.
- False advertising.
